ORA ORA RESORT stands for Zest, Health and Contentment. ORA ORA signifies "double health". This is a wellness resort with organic food where you can have a rewarding "time out" for yourself, your family, or for your staff. Upon arrival, you get escorted to your private villa in the subtropical gardens, put on your fluffy bathrobe and slippers and have your health assessment and treatment at the MAORA Wellness Centre. Learn about stress management, detoxing, natural health cures, and organic food. Meals are totally worry-free: we cater to all types of diets, based on about 95% organic food and drinks. We can provide everything from raw food to beautiful steaks, matched with prize winning wines. You won't need your car very much, there is lots to explore and enjoy within walking distance: "Clean Green New Zealand" at it's very best!

We offer spa holidays according to Father Kneipp's hydrotherapy. Going by your needs and wishes, our therapists provide body massages (including deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy), foot reflexology, aromatherapy, wraps, Finnish sauna and exercise, facials and other treatments at MAORA Wellness Centre. Exciting walks through the native bush along the Kerikeri River to the popular Rainbow Waterfall (23m) are directly accessible through the garden gate: find yourself reminded of the scenery in "Lord of the Rings". Visit the nearby Ngawha Geothermal Springs with their soothing natural mud baths; or walk through the waves at beautiful Matauri Bay.

At ORA ORA RESORT, the region's unspoiled and beautiful nature is at your doorstep. Go sailing with John and catch a couple of fish on the hook (which we will turn into a beautiful meal for you), trundle along the Kerikeri and Waipapa Inlets on Alan's little steamship.

Several scenic and challenging golf courses are close by, and aerial flights for truly impressive views over the romantic landscape can be arranged.
