Renowned London Architect Sir Terry Farrell was engaged to design the hotel; the brief was to create a landmark. Yet this was not just to be an architectural statement, every aspect of The Richardson has been created to impress. The hotel has nine levels, boasting 16 rooms and 58 suites, all equipped with every conceivable amenity to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience.

Intimately designed, each of the contemporary rooms and suites have all the elements to provide the latest in comfort. All rooms are furnished to create an ambiance of warm familiarity. Beech wood is used extensively, which together with the earth tones of carpets and fabrics blend with the vibrant colours of original art works in each room.

Business and leisure travellers will enjoy a complete service, from high-speed Internet and IP telephony in each room to a pillow menu that ensures the perfect nights sleep. The state-of the-art Business Centre offers 15 serviced offices and meeting rooms. Relaxation and fine cuisine feature too, with the elegant Opus Restaurant, the intimate Cocktail Bar and all-day alfresco dining at the Palm Terrace.

An entire floor is devoted to The Spa at The Richardson, an urban oasis of calm and rejuvenation. Guests will enjoy complimentary membership at The Spa during their stay, including access to the sauna, steam room, gym and a sensational indoor pool, which opens to its own patio garden.
